Funagoya is an agricultural boathouse located on the Mikatako lakeside. Vessels departing this boathouse cross the lake to transport cherry harvests. The steep roofing rafters of the boathouse with the lake in the background are highly picturesque, and even more so with early spring plum blossoms or winter snows.
